Nightshade models are unique trims for classic Toyota vehicles with black grilles, rear bumpers, and badges. And for the 2024 model year, the Corolla is seeing a return of its Nightshade Edition. Along with its blacked-out features, the new Corolla Nightshade will see new bronze wheels and new colors. To learn more about this model, continue reading.
Exterior Design
The Corolla Nightshade is based on the Corolla SE design. As such, this edition will be available as either a sedan or hatchback. This also means each model will have a gloss-black grille, black badges, a black rear diffuser, and black side-view mirrors. But for a more colorful look, the Nightshade Edition is available in Ice Cap White and Reservoir Blue.
Since the Corolla Nightshade is offered as a hatchback or sedan, there are some style elements you should know about. First, sedans will have a rear lip spoiler, while the hatchback offers a large rear wing. The hatchback will also have a two-tone look with a contrasting black roof and bronze 18-inch wheels.
Interior & Tech
With no interior photos, it’s hard to say what the cabin will be like. But we don’t expect too many changes from the 2022 model year. We know that the Corolla Nightshade will offer an optional JBL Premium Audio package for all models. And an optional SE Premium package has a moonroof, wireless charger, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.
