I just wanted you to know that I have been a part of the Toyota of Turnersville Family for almost 10 years now (it will be 10 years on Sept. 6th, 2011). The first vehicle I purchased from you was the 2000 celica gt that I just traded in for my new camary solara. Since puchasing that Celica, I have purchased a used nissan sentra from your dealership for my sister, my next purchase from you was a brand new 2006 toyota sienna when my 4th child, Dylan, was born and now I have purchased the camary solora. I also think you should know, that you are the only dealership I have purchased a car from in the last 10 years. I must say, i do love the toyota vehicles and I know there are other dealerships but because of your dealerships commiment to excellent customer service from the sales process, through the financing, to the service department.....I consider Turnersville Toyota, my dealership...period, why would I purchase a vehicle somewhere else when I know where i will be treated with honesty, top of the line service, and extremely valued as a customer. An exmple of this would be when our toyota sienna had a problem with the airbag, we bought it in and it was fixed, a year/year and a half later the airbag had a problem again but now the warranty had just expired a short while before the 2nd airbag problem, your service department took care of the problem without charging us....this really went a long way to make me feel very valued as a repeat customer of your dealership...it showed me your commitment to ensuring that your customers are sold a well built vehicle and if problems arise you take care of your customers. I have wanted to get a solara for a while now and I had been searching online every so often to see when your dealership had exactly what I was looking for, did I find the car I wanted at other dealerships, of course I did, but it was because of your dealership's past treatment of me and my family that I waited until I saw the car I wanted available at your dealership before making my purchase. You should be extremely proud of your entire dealership and how your employees work. I always reccomend your your dealership to friends and family because I know that if they follow my advice they will be happy, a car is a large investment and buyers remorse is not something that should come into play when purchasing a vehicle and I can honestly say that I have been nothing but happy with every vehicle purchased from your dealership. Ps. feel free to print this email and post it somewhere at your dealership so any potential new customer can see how your long term customers feel about you and your dealership....they would be crazy to buy a car anywhere else! "
